1. Quality Management consultant (1)
1.1 Job Description:
He will be responsible for the provision of creating operation quality strategy planning and management at COMPANY ERP department, as well as leading the effort to set operation quality management policy and procedure, besides leading day to day operation quality management. The consultant will assist the department to be accredited for ISO 9001:2008, that will lead COMPANY ERP department to consistently provide financial products and services that meets customer expectation and satisfaction, through effective application of the quality system, that include processes for continual improvement of the quality system with assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
1.2 Job Requirements:
1- Develops and oversees the Quality Management plans.
2- Analyzes and propose enhancements ERP department's standard processes that lead to quality improvement.
3- Analyzes root causes of quality deficiencies and ensures proper corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
4- Ensures on-going quality compliance with the accredited standards.
5- Leads and participates in cross-functional team efforts to improve the entire Quality management processes.
6- Leads QA committee to developing quality metrics to measure process, product and service quality requirements.
7- Mentors QA teams to achieve higher quality levels, and provides guidance and assistance to and life cycle leadership regarding product and process.
8- Oversees staff training and ensures staff competencies in quality management processes and standards.
9- Provides leadership and supervision to the Quality Management Staff.
10- Train department staff in writing Business, Quality Policy & Procedures, Quality Objectives, and Quality Manual.
11- Solves problems, Strategic Vision, Team Building, and coordinating within groups and different environments, continuous improvement of operations, take the lead and bring forward new ideas, will also be part of his responsibility.

1.3 Education:
1- University Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (Accounting / Finance) or Equivalent.
2- Masters in one of the following disciplines (optional):

3- Certified in ISO-9001:2008.

1.4 Essential for candidate:
1- 5+ years extensive Work Experience in the field of quality management system in the financial systems of government projects project management.
2- Extensive work experience/Knowledge in writing Quality Policy and Procedures
3- Excellent Analytical and communication and organizational skills, oral and written
4- Familiarity with SEI CMMI, ITEL, Six Sigma, Experience in information systems (knowledge of dealing with Oracle Systems).

2. Central Management Tivoli Consultant(1)
2.1 Job Description:
The consultant will be responsible for using Tivoli Omnibus, Tivoli Enterprise Console, Tivoli Storage Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Netcool OMNIbus, Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli Access Manager for E-Business to help ERP department to optimize their IT infrastructure performance and availability, monitoring and manage operating systems, databases and servers in the current environment, Real-time Web-based management views for Netcool data, and operations management software that enables automated event correlation, isolation and resolution for applications, systems
2.2 Job Requirements:
1- 2+ Years work Experience with Tivoli Enterprise Console, Tivoli monitoring, Tivoli (CAM) composite application manager, Tivoli Netcool Omnibus, Tivoli Netcool Webtop, Tivoli Access Manager (TAMeb), Tivoli Storage Manager, , Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Enterprise Console.
2- Work Experience and Holding certificates in Tivoli Security such as SCNA (Security Tivoli Network Associate), SCNP (Security Tivoli Network Professional) is a must.
3- Work Experience in Tivoli Software Product monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, detecting, batch updates and upgrade.

3.1 Job Description:
Handling implementation activities for Oracle financial application (GL, AP, AR, Assets, and Cash management) and. Responsible for diagnosing the functional issues in Oracle EBS R12 Financial applications live system. Play key role in live support team that will be involved in the on-going support for the users of GFMIS
3.2 Job Requirements:
1- Five years’ Experience in implementation of Oracle EBS R12. Financial Applications with government experience.
2- Arabic speaking.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee/customers adoption and EBS usage and minimize resistance. The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact ERP projects to increase benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes. The Change Management Specialist will support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans

6.1 Job Description:

COMPANY ERP Department is currently going through a major Oracle ERP implementation integration with excellent Oracle SOA suite practice motivated self-starters to join our dynamic team of professionals that supports clients with state-of-the-art Oracle technologies with experience architecting integrating solution of Oracle EBS The candidate will be responsible for providing his expertise in the design, development and implementation of SOA integration patterns and technology and Oracle EBS software solutions with other applications that meet the business requirements of COMPANY. Works closely with Oracle EBS implementation team on SOA implementations. Responsible for creating application architecture and design documents in compliance with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
6.2 Job Requirements:
1- Minimum of 5-6 years of Experience of IT Experience with 2+ years of Oracle SOA suite experience and OSB experience is a must.
2- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers with Onsite / Offshore Co-ordination skills.

He will play an important role in identifying COMPANY ERP department Training Needs Analyzes (TNA) for its staff in all domains of IT work
7.2 Job Requirements:
1- 25 years extensive work experience in application systems development (programming).
2- Acting as an IT consultant for governmental organizations in the following IT activities for government:.
a.Identify Organization's needs for IT projects.
b.IT Feasibility studies for organization to determine IT Best-fit architectures (Solutions) and projected cost.
c.Identify system requirements and specifications.
